Dear GPAM Parents,
As summer draws near, we know many of you are making plans for school registration and fall sports. We are aware that the Georgia High School Association (GHSA) requires student athletes to have a pre-participation exam within 12 months of the start of their season. We also know that schools will require updated hearing, vision and immunization forms. Please rest assured we are making plans to be able to complete your child's sports physical, checkups and immunizations in the next few months, before your school's deadline. We are committed to making sure all of our patients are able to have their checkups this summer. We hope that you will commit to bringing them to see us, in their medical home, where we have their complete medical history and can address any issues or concerns rather than having a "quick sports physical" done elsewhere.
