Gwinnett Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine provides convenient and effective appointment scheduling depending on the type of appointment your child needs. Please choose from the appointment types below for more details on scheduling your child's appointment.

- RSV Vaccine (Infants under 8 months of age who are entering their first RSV season and whos mothers who did not receive the maternal RSV vaccine during pregnancy).

New Patients
If you would like to join Gwinnett Pediatrics, please complete the secure new patient request form online. Our office staff will contact you to schedule an appointment for your child.
Well Checks & Sports/Camp Physicals
Well-child check-up or sports/camp physical appointments must be scheduled by phone only.
Our phone lines open at 7:30 a.m. Monday - Friday. Please contact us at 770-995-0823, option 1. Should you desire to schedule your appointment with a provider or office location of your choice, please tell our scheduling coordinator.
NOTE: Scheduling a well checkup or sports/camp physical through the online appointment feature will result in a cancellation. The online appointment feature is for sick and recheck appointments only.
Same-Day, Rechecks, Non-Urgent Sick Appointments,
For same-day, rechecks,follow ups, and non-urgent sick appointments, we have partnered with Phreesia to make it easy and convenient for you to securely self-schedule an appointment online.
Flu shots (when in season). You do not need to schedule a separate appointment if you already have an upcoming office visit scheduled; otherwise call 770-995-0823 or self schedule nurse visit during season.
Saturday Sick Appointments
We have limited same-day urgent care appointments on Saturday at our Lawrenceville office only.
You must schedule by calling 770-995-0823, option 1. Our phone lines open at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday for sick appointments only.
To better serve our patients with appointments, we do not see walk-ins.
