Ready to Make Gwinnett Pediatrics your Child's Medical Home?
Accepting New Patients
We are always welcoming new patients. Check with your insurance to verify we are in-network. We accept most major private insurances, we are not accepting any new patients on state plans like Medicaid, Peachstate, Peachcare, Amerigroup, Caresource or Welcare.
For your convenience, you may choose to request an appointment online and someone will call you to schedule.
Before Your Appointment
HOW TO TRANSFER CARE TO US?
To provide you with the best care possible, we ask that you transfer your child's medical records to our office prior to your appointment. Your child's new pediatrician can review your child's health history and be ready to answer any questions or concerns.
We have a release of information form available and ask that you complete the form and send it to your previous pediatrician so they can forward your health records to our office.
VACCINE POLICY
Gwinnett Pediatrics follows the American Academy of Pediatrics guidelines including the vaccine schedule. The decision to vaccinate your child is ultimately yours, however if you choose not vaccinate your child with the mandatory vaccines within 4 months, we will ask you to find another medical home that is a better fit for you. A new patient who has already decided not to be vaccinated will not be able to schedule an appointment with us as we are not the right medical home for you.
