Appointments Policy
We are a Primary Care Pediatric Practice. We specialize in care and treatment of the most common illnesses and diseases of children. If you have a medical emergency such as excessive bleeding, or you feel your child's life is being threatened due to their medical condition, please call 911 immediately! To schedule an appointment (same-day sick, future well-child visit, adolescent or sports physical, ADD/ADHD Consults) at any of our locations, please call 770-995-0823 and your call will be directed to one of our scheduling coordinators. If you are asked to leave a message, please do so and someone will return your call promptly. You may be forwarded to our phone advice nurses to assess the severity of your "sick" visit. Walk-ins are not allowed. We strongly discourage walk-in visits as this is unfair to our patients who have previously scheduled appointments. You may be charged an additional processing fee.
If you are unable to make your appointment, please cancel within 24 hours to allow room to schedule children that need urgent appointments. If your appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours, you may incur a charge.
Appointments can also be made via our website through an email request. Please see our online appointment request page and follow instructions on requesting an appointment online.
When Scheduling an Appointment:

Should you desire to schedule your appointment according to the provider of your choice, especially for regular/routine care, please tell our scheduling coordinator. You will then be given the opportunity to choose from the Provider's available appointments. Please be aware that our Providers do rotate their schedules at each of our offices. - By Location:
Should you desire to schedule your appointment according to the location of your choice, especially for regular/routine care, please tell our scheduling coordinator. You will then be given the opportunity to choose which office you prefer. (Lawrenceville, Duluth, or Hamilton Mill and the Teen Center). Please be aware that some of our Providers do rotate their schedules at each of our offices.
