Our staff of Medical Professionals have seen thousands of sick children since 1974. We employ excellent techniques and apply advanced technology in an effort to quickly diagnose/treat illnesses. All of our physicians are Board Certified in Pediatrics. For a list of pediatric medical services we provide, see our PEDIATRIC MEDICAL SERVICES page.
Dr. Hal Herd founded Gwinnett Pediatrics as a solo practitioner in a small office on Old Peachtree Street in downtown Duluth, Georgia in July 1974. To learn more about us, visit the ABOUT US page. To learn more about our physicians, see OUR PEDIATRICIANS.
Gwinnett Pediatrics believes strongly in prevention of illness and disease. Regular checkups allow our providers to track growth, development, and any potential signs of early illness. A checkup will involve measurements of your child, a review of family history, potential lab work, thorough examination, vaccines, and time to answer any questions you have regarding your child’s health. To view the immunization schedule, see our vaccine & immunization information under CHILD WELLNESS.
We have 15 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners at 3 different locations (and teen center) to serve you.
