Dear patients and families,
I am writing to share the news that I will be leaving Gwinnett Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine this summer. My last day will be May 26, 2022.
My husband has completed his training at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and, after much thought, has accepted a position in Rochester, New York. Our family will be relocating over the summer, and I will be joining a pediatric practice in the Rochester area.
Although our family is excited about the move, I am sad to leave GPAM. It has been a joy getting to know your families, and I am so grateful for the privilege of caring for your children!
The dedicated team at GPAM will continue to provide skilled and compassionate care for your children, and I will be working closely with the other providers to ensure a smooth transition. If you have any questions then please do not hesitate to reach out to me during this time.
I hope to say goodbye to many of you in person, but I want to thank you all for letting me be a part of your lives over the past five years. I will miss you!
