Hal Herd, M.D.
Although originally from Franklin, Tennessee, Dr. Herd has lived with his wife and children in Gwinnett County since 1974. He has three grown daughters, three grandsons, and one granddaughter. His daughter Shannon Herd Cole is a pediatrician here at Gwinnett Pediatrics.
Dr. Herd served in a leadership position with Gwinnett Medical Center for many years. He was involved with Blue Cross and Blue Shield Finance Committee and as a Board Member of QCPI. He was president of Gwinnett Pediatrics from 1974 to 2006.
